He is survived by: his children, Stephen (Lisa Kern) and Michelle (Ryan Zettle); his grandchildren, Jennifer Berg (Peter), Leah Kern, John Zettle and Jonah Zettle; his sister Lavon (Gary Blasey); and his siblings-in-law, Leora Smith of Bourbonnais, Tricia Smith of Las Vegas, NV and Lee Smith of Nashville, TN. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
