She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulysses Skaggs and Pearle Tetter Skaggs; and her husband Joseph Wells. She is survived by: her daughter Amy; her grandchildren, Che'Jr., Kylie, Caleb and Kaia; and her sister Sandra Sangster (Theophilus) of Aurora, CO. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
