He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Edward and Beverly Frances Mack; his significant other Kenneth R. Elrod; and his sisters, Judith Lynn Mack and Lisa Christine Mack.
He is survived by: his siblings, Jeffrey Mack (Mary) and Patricia Mack Newton (Richard).
