He is survived by: his children, Hailey and Ethan Tapp of Kankakee; his parent Paula Kupferer of Kankakee; his brother Josh Tapp (Michelle Tapp) of Chebanse; his nephews, Aaron, Alex and Andrew Tapp of Chebanse; and his brother Joe Morin of Kankakee.
