She is survived by: her husband Mark Messerle; her daughters, Cherise Ostrowski (Tony) and Courtney Robles (Juan); her grandchildren, Travis Ostrowski (Makenzie), Taylor Demack (Ben), Trenton Acevedo (Amanda), Dylan Acevedo (Kaelyn) and Isaiah Robles (Madi); her great grandchildren, Joplin, Ozzy, Veronica and Luca; her brother Ronald Boyd; her close friend Tami Spiezio (Rodney); Taryn Garza (Orlando), Orlando Jr. and Troy.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests donations to the National Kidney Foundation.
