She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Maley and Marie Maley (Filiatreault); her husband Jimmy; her son Patrick J. Costigan; her brothers, Tom and Ed Maley; and her sisters-in-law, Eileen Maley, Lucile Colthurst, Vernile Koerner and Adele Drew.
She is survived by: her son Michael; her daughters-in-law, LouAnne Costigan (Drazy) of Channahon and Patricia Costigan (Wolles) of Crystal Lake; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Piwnicki of Crystal Lake, Andrew Costigan of Scottsdale, AZ, Emily Costigan of Los Angeles, CA, Daniel Costigan (Torie Tholen) of Minooka, Zachary Costigan of Chicago and Timothy Costigan of Channahon; and her great grandchildren, Kelan, Tricia, James Piwnicki, Savannah and Hudson Costigan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (428 S Indiana Ave, Kankakee, IL 60901). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Sts. Mary and Joseph Cemetery.
