He was predeceased by: his parents, Mose Arseneau and Viola Bovie Arseneau; and his sisters, Yvonne and Ilene. He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Renee Streicher (Harold) of Plainfield, Rhonda Upman (Bill) of Lees Summit, MO, Jeff Arseneau (Debby) of Frankfort, Mike Arseneau (Danielle) of Kankakee and Todd Arseneau (Tricia) of Bourbonnais; his grandchildren, Nick Streicher (Stephanie), Ryan Streicher (Stacy), Kirsten Streicher, Sean Streicher, Tom Upman, Sam Upman, William Upman, Anna Upman, Megan Arseneau, Lauren Arseneau, Jeff Arseneau, Lucas Arseneau, Jenna Arseneau, Andrew Arseneau, Matthew Arseneau, Tyler Arseneau (Kate), Taylor Arseneau and Tara Arseneau; and his great grandchild Emma Streicher. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
