She was predeceased by: her parents, John Carlson and Augusta Carlson (Meyer); her husband Bruce Stevenson; and her brother Kenneth Carlson. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Stevenson (Angi) of Kankakee, Sue Stevenson, Donna Jones of Bradley, Sherri Palacios (Mike) of Kankakee, Pam Tucek (Todd) of Herscher and Jan Seemann of Momence; and her grandchildren, Krishon Seemann, Kayla Wolff, Jacob Wolff, Emma Stevenson, Madilyn Bradford, Bruce Tucek, Ethan Tucek, Lillian Tucek, Lexi Tucek, Brice Boehning, Brenna Boehning, Zachary Jones, Katelyn Jones, Blair Stevenson and Lincoln Stevenson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schreffler Funeral Home - Kankakee Chapel (1900 W Court St, Kankakee, IL 60901). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
