Norman P. Vade Boncoeur Obituary

It is with sadness that the passing of Norman P. Vade Boncoeur of Kankakee, Illinois is shared. Norman, born on December 18, 1934, passed away on August 17, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Norman will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Norman by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Norman is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Norman’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Boncoeur and Lucille Vade Boncoeur; and his siblings, Dee Dee Nelson of Kankakee and Wayne Vade Boncoeur of Kankakee. He is survived by: his children, Julie Russow of Bradley, Cathy Zalac (Matt) of North Carolina and Michael Vade Boncoeur of Bonfield; and his sister Barbara Phillips (Verhines) of North Carolina. He is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
