He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Hogan and Aileen Hogan (Whitty); his in-law Chester Granger (Marie); and his siblings, Gerald, Frank Hogan and Joan Hogan.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Hogan of Kankakee; his children, Kelly Hogan (Nicholas Sadler) of Chebanse and Sean Hogan (Deanna) of Braidwood; his stepgranddaughter Brodie Thompson of Coal City; and his siblings, Barbara Mencke of Ontario, Canada and Michael Hogan (MaryEllen) of Washington State.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maternity B. V. M. Catholic Church (308 E Marsile St, Bourbonnais, IL 60914). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
