He is survived by: his children, Matthew Maas of Lowell, IN and Grace Trovato of Crown Point, IN; his sister Carole O'Donnell of Coon Rapids, MN; and his grandchildren, Thomas "Tommy" Trovato and Anthony "Tony" Trovato. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
