Vander Velde) of Eugene, OR and Trina Westerman of Madison, WI; his grandson Waylon Westerman; his close friends, Ken and Barb Sauvage; and his cousins, Mike DeVries, Steve DeVries, Dana Regnier, Bob and Kevin Grady.
