She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Menard and Jenny Burton Menard; her husband Paul "Babe" O'Connor; her daughter Brenda Ziemer; and her siblings, Melvin Menard, Bob Menard, James Menard, Paul Menard, Jerry Menard, Madonna Mantucca, Pauline Africano and Theresa Sullivan.

She is survived by: her children, Paul "Billy" O'Connor (Kristin) of Yorkville, Linda Burns (Terry) of Bourbonnais, Paula O'Connor of Lake Mills, WI, Madonna Gray (Roger) of Clifton, Sandra Duran (Luis) of Kankakee and Jodi Prairie (Dale) of Clifton; and her grandchildren, David Ziemer, Jeremy Usewicz, Kevin Usewicz, Brenda Bednar, Richard Bednar, Jonathan Gray, Annie Zapotoczny, Theresa Kolasinski, Jeffery Fozzard, Emily Jensen, Ashley Tutt, Michael Prairie, Brandon Prairie, Connor Prairie, Zach O'Connor, Catie O'Connor, Meaghan O'Connor and Liam O'Connor. She is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
