He is survived by: his parents, Cruz Zavala and Beatriz Zavala of Kankakee; his siblings, Leslie Zavala (Victor Rodriguez) of Kankakee and Enrique Zavala (Brenda Diaz) of Kankakee; and his grandparents, Raul Ayala and Roselia Villafuerte.
