It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Dunn (Kankakee, Illinois), who passed away on January 3, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Elsberry and Mattie Elsberry; her former husband John D. Prince Sr.; her husband Charles Dunn; and her son Alan D. Prince.

She is survived by: her children, John D. Prince Jr. of Kankakee, IL, Bernard J. Prince (Patricia) of Pembroke Township, IL, Kenneth A. Prince (Brenda Denise) of Minneapolis, MN, Mattie B. Prince of Coons Rapid, MN, Gwendolyn A. Prince of Ramsey, MN and Brenda J. Prince Tate of Kankakee, IL; and her brothers, Willie James Elsberry of El Paso, TX and Robert Earl Elsberry of Cleveland, OH. She is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 52 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; four nieces, one nephew; one nephew-in-law and a host of great-nieces, great nephews.
