She is survived by: her father Amos Mason Sr. of Kankakee, IL; her daughters, Salina Davis of Kankakee, IL, LaShonda Avent of Kankakee, IL, Lakeisha Avent of Kankakee, IL, Lateshia Avent of Kankakee, IL and Latavoie Avent of Kankakee, IL; her close friend James Taylor of Aurora, IL; her siblings, Mary Davis (Ted) of Kankakee, IL, Betty Stepheson (Shannon) of Kankakee, IL, Gail Mason of Kankakee, IL, Stephanie Mason of Kankakee, IL, Amos Mason Jr. (Frank Mason), Clifford Mason (Regina) of Alabama, Wayne Mason and Eddie Mason (Wardell Mason); and her close friend Irene Wilson of Kankakee, IL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lax Mortuary (187 S Greenwood Ave, Kankakee, IL 60901). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
