He is survived by: his brother Jim (Maggie) of Kankakee; his sibling's children, Jessica (Saif Rathore) of Chicago, Sarah of Milwaukee and Nathan (Joanne) of Kirkwood Mo; and his close friend Bertha Howisen of Kankakee. He is also survived by great-nieces, great-nephew.
