She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Putnam and Mary Putnam; her daughter Nicole Mazza; and the parents of child, Roy and Mary Putnam.
She is survived by: her husband David Mazza; and her daughters, Susan Mazza (Daryl Martin) and Lisa Mazza Hamilton (Cameron Hamilton). She is also survived by mother to her own children but a neighborhood mom.
