She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Albers and Geraldine Albers (Wegner); and her brother Bruce Albers. She is survived by: her husband Jerry R. Schrempf; her children, Amanda Lopez of Kankakee and Jeremy Schrempf of Limestone; her grandchildren, Aiyana Lopez, Aidan Lopez, Alicia Lopez, Jayden Schrempf and Mila Schrempf; her siblings, Daryle Albers (Marlene) of Kankakee and Linda Longtin (Mike) of Dixon; and her sister-in-law Brenda Albers of Bourbonnais.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jensen Funeral Home (3639 E IL-17, Kankakee, IL 60901). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
