He was predeceased by: his parents, Armel Billings and Darlene Billings (Goyette); and his sister Judy Varboncouer. He is survived by: his wife Cheri Billings of Kankakee; his son Jason Billings of Kankakee; and his stepdaughter Stephanie Billings of Bourbonnais.
