With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martha A. Cook of Karnak, Illinois, who passed away on June 26, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Carpenter, Sr. and Druethel Carpenter (Bigler); her siblings, Stanley Carpenter, Jr., Edna Mae McCarter and Rosie Carpenter; and her granddaughter-in-law Tori Daffron.

She is survived by: her daughter Gina Cohen; her grandchildren, Cory Daffron, Cameron Daffron (Kristi), Austin Cohen (Ashlynn) and Alexandria Cohen; her great grandchildren, Cali Daffron, Braydan Daffron, Grayson Hacker, Aris Daffron, Cohen Daffron and Charlie Cohen; her brother Curtis Carpenter; and her niece Erin Daugherty.
