It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond Douglas Jr. of Karnak, Illinois, who passed away on September 28, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sr. Douglas and Doris Brown Douglas; his brother Ronnie Douglas; his former wife Roberta Douglas Parker; his wife Celeste Walshon Douglas; his son-in-law James Matthew Ledbetter; and his stepson Greg Trumpower.

He is survived by: his children, Courtney Yvonne Ledbetter (Jay Smock) of Metropolis and Eric Paxton Douglas (Lia) of Barrington, Illinois; his grandchildren, Rosalie Margaret, Avery Marie Douglas of Barrington, D. M. and Aiden Douglas Ledbetter of Metropolis; his former wife Yvonne Douglas Rath of Metropolis; and his stepsons, Elliott Walshon of Cape Girardeau and Levi Parker of Metropolis.
