She was predeceased by: her parents, Elby Smith and Ruth Smith (Storey); her children, Linda Joy Buchanan and Nicholas Ervin; and her siblings, Rita Ballard, Dale Smith, Wayne Smith and Lawrence Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Don Buchanan (Maureen) of Keenes, IL and Robert Ervin of Murfreesboro, TN; and her sister Gayle Trotter of Sims, IL. She is also survived by several grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces & nephews.
