With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Steven L. Howard of Keithsburg, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Walter, Leora Howard, Albert and Bertha Finch; his stepfather Charles Brock; his uncle Walter Howard; his aunts, Pam Heath and Marilyn James; and his cousin Jason Malcolm.
He is survived by: his parents, Steven Howard of Keithsburg and Cindy Finch Brock of Keithsburg; his brothers, Freddy Howard (Brenda) of Joy and Flip Howard of Oquawka, Illinois; and his children, Aubrey, Leighanna and Payton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Keithsburg Boat Club (308 3rd St, Keithsburg, IL 61442).
