He is survived by: his parents, Steven Howard of Keithsburg and Cindy Finch Brock of Keithsburg; his brothers, Freddy Howard (Brenda) of Joy and Flip Howard of Oquawka, Illinois; and his children, Aubrey, Leighanna and Payton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
