He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest E. Tracy and Lillian I. Tracy (Warner); his wife Mary; and his siblings, Beverly, Patty, Tom and Mike.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lucky D. Tracy (Sue) of Oquawka, Illinois, Sandra Carlstedt of Buford and Peggy Clark of Pinellas Park, Florida.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Turnbull Funeral Home (102 10th St, Oquawka, IL 61469).
