He was predeceased by: his parents, John Boozer and Myrtle Boozer (Creel); his wife Lavin Boozer; and his grandson Dylan Boozer. He is survived by: his children, Mark Boozer (Denise) of Kell, Bonnie Maurer (Martin) of Kell and Roger Boozer (Elaine) of Hoyleton; his grandchildren, Cole, Kyle, Chase Boozer, Jamie Smith and Jessica Stendback; and his close friend Beverly Cox. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
