With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael W. Frame of Kempton, Illinois, born in Ottumwa, Iowa, who passed away on December 11, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Frame and Eileen Frame (Gish); his stepmother Eilene Webster Frame; his wife Patricia Ann "Patsy" Blundy; and his stepsister Rhonda Legan.
He is survived by: his children, Chad Frame of Kempton, IL, Jeff Frame (Cathenia) of Savannah, GA, Tammy Line (Phil) of Golconda, IL and Brenda Miller (Kim) of Cullom, IL; his sister Bonnie Moore of Duncanville, TX; and his stepsiblings, Dennis of Buckingham, IL, Gene Webster of Buckingham, IL and Connie Swearingen of Gardner, IL.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
