She was predeceased by: her husband David Bellamy, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Cook (William Cook), Barbara Bellamy (Jack Tumblin), Elizabeth Karcha (Robert Karcha) and Katherine Bellamy Chiao (Gene Chiao); and her pet British. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren.
