He is survived by: his wife Rebecca of Midland City, IL.; his children, Mary Jo Beranek (John), Jack Delby (Elizabeth), Thomas Delby Jr. (Amy), Debbie Miller (Paul), William Delby, Nick Delby, Savannah Riegler (Aaron) and Brittany Houser (Brent); and his sister-in-law Linda Delby. He is also survived by family members include: his wife, his 8 children.
