With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Barbara I. Elliott of Kewanee, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Barbara left this world on September 12, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Catton and Nina Cain Meehan; her husband Richard D. Elliott; her children, Debbie Koelling (Jeff McDonald) of Kewanee, IL, Dale Cecil (Linda) of Rockwall, TX, Pat Cecil (Mia) of Rowlett, TX and Mike Cecil (Anita) of Kewanee, IL; her stepson Ron Elliott of Bradford, IL.; her great grandchild Austin Lee Porter; and her brother Dick Meehan.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter-in-law Dianna Elliott of Bradford, IL; and her brother Donnie Meehan of Elmwood, IL.. She is also survived by nine grandkids, sixteen great grandkids, two great-great grandkids.
