She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcelo Valdez Rodriguez and Estefana Llamas Pedroza; and her son Jesus Gamez. She is survived by: her spouse J. Cruz Gamez Lopez; and her children, J. Cruz, Mariana, Maria, Martha, Jose, Fernando, Gerardo, Marizela and Carmen Gamez. She is also survived by her seven siblings; sixteen grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
