He was predeceased by: his parents, Walenty Zalewski and Josephine Zalewski; and his siblings, Chester, Virginia and Stella.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Wilt; his son Brent Zalewski (Corrie) of Springfield; his grandchildren, Bryan Zalewski (Jessy) of Springfield and Heather Zalewski of Indianapolis, IN; and his great grandchildren, Everly and Sawyer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
