David Holtschult Obituary
With solemn reverence, we commemorate David Holtschult of Kewanee, Illinois, whose life came to an end on September 21, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David T. Holtschult and Betty J. Holtschult (Krause); and his siblings, Dennis, Keith and Jane Wisniewski.
He is survived by: his spouse Gail Gish; his sons, Aaron Holtschult (Heather) of Kewanee and Dan Holtschult (Jennifer) of Kewanee; his brother Bob Holtschult of Kewanee; his grandchildren, Ashley, Collin, Austin, Hailey, Brenden and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Liam, Kasen and Avery.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rux Funeral Homes (507 S Chestnut St, Kewanee, IL 61443). A masonic service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
