It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald D. Dowell Jr. of Kewanee, Illinois, who passed away on July 31, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Phyllis Dowell Sr. (Workheiser); his wife Blanca E. "Stella" Interial; and his father Donald D. Dowell Sr.. He is survived by: his son Alexander Dowell (Erin) of Orion, IL; his siblings, Daniel Dowell (Delaura) of House Springs, MO, Donna Fuller of Florida, Sandra Kimbrough (Joseph) of Galesburg and Patti Estes of Kewanee; and his grandchildren, Hannah, Hayley and Alexander II.
