She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Loughe and Katherine Loughe (Fesler); and her husband Ernest E. Groy Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Larry Groy Sr., Christina Downs, Kathy Groy, Ernest Groy Jr. and Thomas Groy. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to OSF Hospice, Henry County Senior Citizens Center or to Big Tom's Community Cats.
