He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddis Stout and Cora Stout (King). He is survived by: his wife Dolores DeKeyser; his children, Joe Stout (Georganne), Jim Stout (Kelley), Jeff Stout, Jackie DeMay (Brad), Jon (Cindy) and Jason Stout; his grandchildren, Arron, Tad, Tyvan, Jeremy Stout, Jonathan DeMay, Amanda Clementz, Nicollett Winn and Alysha Winn; and his siblings, Donald Stout (Joann Cathlyn) and Margaret Berlin.

Memorials may be made to the Kewanee Park District.
