With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Garnet D. Humphreys of Kewanee, Illinois, who passed away on July 19, 2023 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas B. Addis and Zella Addis (VanDuyn); her husband Jack Humphreys; her son Dennis Hodge; and her sisters, Opal, Ruby and Betty.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Hodge (Denise) and Sue VanDeRostyne (Don); her daughter-in-law Barb Spear; her grandchildren, Carrie Winter (Todd), Chad Hodge (Wendy), Trafton Hodge (Natosha), Dena Hodge-Bates (AJ), Alison Mendenhall (Jason), Lonni Long (James) and Libby Sturtevant (Jason); her great grandchildren, Braeden (Valerie), Madisen, Tyvin, Payten, Harper, Corbin, Cora, Collin, Austin, Kelli, Halie, Marley, Clayton, Joseph, Jamie, Tali, Lily, Kellan, Cameron, Saige and Lincoln; and her great great grandchildren, Elena and Veronica.
