He is survived by: his children, Chad Kilstrom (Mindy), Andy Kilstrom (Jenny Tye) and Melanie Cox; his grandchildren, Ryan Kilstrom, Emmalee Kilstrom, Savannah Cox and Elaina Grace Cox; and his siblings, Carl Kilstrom (Jeanette) of Erie, IL and Susan Calhoun (Delbert).
Memorials may be made to the Stead Family Children Hospital in Iowa City.
