It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jessica Lynn Todd (Kewanee, Illinois), born in Clinton, Iowa, who passed away on March 15, 2020, at the age of 21, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandfather James Wilkens; and her aunt Martha Caroline Mcciurg. She is survived by: her parents, Michael James and Christine Kay Todd (Wilkens) of Fulton, IL; her former husband Anthony Lee Schminkey; her husband Tony; her sister Christina Rose Todd of Fulton; and her grandmothers, Marilyn Wilkens of Fulton and Christine Rice of Clinton, IA. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
