He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughter Rachael Myers (Zach) of Chillicothe, IL; his granddaughter Lauren Myers; his brother Jerry Hooker (Dianna) of Dixon, IL; and his sisters-in-law, Barbara Madsen of Willmar, MN and Beverly Hooker of Tiskilwa, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed for a college education fund for his granddaughter, Lauren.
