He is survived by: his children, Bruce Mahaffey (LuAnn) of Kewanee, Vicki Bailey (Wayne) of Kewanee and Lori VanDeVoorde (Tony) of Kewanee; his siblings, Mike Mahaffey (Judi) of Alabama, Donna DeSmit of Kewanee and Lorna Dobbels of Florida; his grandchildren, Jake Mahaffey (Brooke) of San Diego, CA, Jeff Mahaffey of Kewanee, Grace VanDeVoorde of Kewanee, Alec VanDeVoorde of Kewanee and Brett Sellers (Heather) of Kewanee; and his great grandchildren, Abigail, Emma and Lincoln Mahaffey.
