She was predeceased by : her parents, Otis Surratt and Anna Surratt (Rickey); her husband Keith E. Dunn; her sons, Shane Johnson Sr. and Shad Dunn; and her sisters, Linda Felton and Britney Surratt.

She is survived by : her daughters, Sarah Dunn of Kewanee and Sadie Rose of Kewanee; her siblings, Otis Surratt Jr., Bobby, Johnny Surratt, Shirley, Megan and Autumn Surratt; and her grandchildren, Tyler Bass, Shane Johnson Jr., Shaelyn Dunn, Malik Diop, Kennady and Alex Young. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed to the family for a memorial to be established.
