It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael G. Majeske of Kewanee, Illinois, who passed away on October 27, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Majeske and Rose Marie Majeske (Zonkel); his siblings, Theodore and Theresa; his aunt Theresa Zonkel; his parents-in-law, Hillard and Goldie Bartman (Race); his siblings-in-law, George Bartman and Maryann VerShaw; and his grandson Blair Lemons.

He is survived by: his wife Irene Bartman; his children, Darla Lemons (Lanny) of Pearl, IL, Bryan Majeske (Deborah) of Hollandale, MN, Brent Majeske (Cheryl) of Kewanee and John Majeske (Michele) of Bettendorf, IA; his grandchildren, Bart, Mallory Lemons, Pieter Majeske, Brooke Dooley (Shawn), Amber Martin (Thom), Austin Majeske, Elizabeth, Sarah, Abigail Majeske, Natalee, Taylor, Steele, Paige Martin, Avery, Rylee Dooley and Finnigan Majeske; and his brothers-in-law, Kenny Bartman (Marty) and Tom Vershaw. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and cousins.

The funeral home will monitor capacity limits to maintain compliance with COVID regulations. The funeral home requires that all guests wear a mask for the safety of all those attending.
