He is survived by: his wife Patti of Kewanee; his children, Brenda Mannin (John) of Indianapolis, IN and Rob Bailleu (LeeAnn) of Kewanee; his stepdaughter Vicki Conner (Joe) of Galva; his grandchildren, Emmerson Mannin, Olivia Mannin (William Rulon) and Spencer Bailleu; his stepgrandchildren, T. J. Conner and Tori Conner; his sister Nancy Nordstrom (late David) of Galva; and his sister-in-law Jacki Bailleu of Texas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family asks that memorials be directed to the Church of Peace Improvement Fund.
