He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Emery and Millie Carlene Peed (Schultz); his sister Nancy P. Peed; and his brother-in-law Mark VanDeRostyne. He is survived by: his wife Laura Marie Peed (Olson); his children, Ralph R. Peed (Mechelle) of Kewanee, Rachel Farwell (Ed) of Bettendorf, Kelly Duytschaver (Matt) of Kewanee and Kerry Baumbach (Beau) of Kewanee; his grandchildren, McKynzie Tsesmilles, Matthew Peed, Michael Peed, Emma Peed, Leah Farwell, Dominick Farwell, Jersie Duytschaver, Lyric Duytschaver and Hudson Duytschaver; and his sisters, Kathy Smith (Lee) of Woodhull, Sue VanDeRostyne of Oak Hill and Elaine Barnes (Patrick) of Edgewater, Florida. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; two step great-grandchildren.
