She was predeceased by: her parents, Ted Hunt and Merley Hunt; and her brothers, Culver, Ted and Carl Hunt.
She is survived by: her children, John Moon (Sarah) of Brimfield and Christine Moon (Alec Kowalewski) of Corvallis, Oregon; her stepdaughter Beth Schlueter (Scott); and her grandchildren, Cora, Levi Moon, Grace, Olivia, Anna Schlueter and Adelina Kowalewski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Woolsey-Wilton Funeral Home (2408 W Willow Knolls Dr, Peoria, IL 61614). A committal service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at 16173 W Oak Hill Cemetery Rd, Brimfield, IL 61517.
Memorials may be made to the Peoria Garden Club or OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home.
