He is survived by : his parents, Ronald Sr. Hamm and Rosemary Hamm of Peoria; his wife Cheryl Hamm; his children, Jena Slotter (Andy) of Peoria, Jered Hamm (Cassidy Ioerger) of Kickapoo, Alyssa Hamm of Kickapoo and Tara Hamm (Sameed Osman) of Peoria; his grandchildren, Mazie, Addison and Brady Slotter; and his siblings, Thomas Hamm (Jennifer) and Heather Brussow (Paul).
