Sturgeon (Kathy), Colbert W. Sturgeon and Barbara S. Tallman (Sturgeon); and his sister-in-law Jenny Rodman (Morris). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Charles's name to Kilbourne Community Church.
