He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Koza of San Diego and Taunya Rapley of Stuart, Florida; his grandchildren, Alyssa Koza, Reid Koza, Ryan Rapley and Sawyer Rapley; and his sisters, Saundra Peterson of Alliance, Nebraska. and Cheryl McDuffie of Alliance, Nebraska..
