He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Darrel and June Louise Bare (Werner). He is survived by: his girlfriend Joyce Frailey (Gelsinger) of Kinmundy; his girlfriend's children, Logan Frailey Jr., Tierney Isbill of Shobonier, Anthony Frailey (Kathy) of Georgia, Heather Frailey and Jeff Fogler of Shobonier; and his grandchildren, Addysin, Zoey, Annabelle, Jaqualine, Rylee, Serenity, Andrew, Gemma, Tyler, Tymber, Kirsten, Shelby, Dylan, Ashton, Hailey and Olivia. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren, extended family.

In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to the family.
